These general terms and conditions "purchase terms" apply when you as a consumer "customer" place an order via the mikrofarmen.se "website". An agreement is entered into between you and Mikrofarmen AB - corporate registration number 556834-6182 ("Mikrofarmen"). Detailed contact details and other information about Mikrofarmen are shown on the website. The terms and conditions are only applicable to Customers who are consumers and who place orders via the website. The website, as well as all content on it, is owned by Mikrofarmen or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market law laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Mikrofarmen. Mikrofarmen reserves the right to final sales and any image and typing errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Mikrofarmen has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that the customer has ordered, Mikrofarmen will notify the customer of this and await the customer's approval of the corrected price before Mikrofarmen proceeds with the order.

Prices

When ordering via the website, the prices stated on the website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT for consumers. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

You may pay for your product(s) using the methods listed on the Website at the time of your purchase. Please note that the terms and conditions of each payment method, as well as the privacy policies of these payment methods, may vary depending on the provider.

Agreement & Order

In order to order on the Website, the Customer must be 18 years of age and live in Sweden. According to Swedish law, Mikrofarmen does not accept credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age. Mikrofarmen reserves the right to refuse or change a Customer's order in individual cases (for example, if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and/or has payment complaints). In order to make a purchase via the Website, the Customer must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and agrees that they have read the information about personal information and consented to the use of personal information and cookies in accordance with Mikrofarmen's privacy policy. A purchase agreement is only concluded when Mikrofarmen has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received order confirmation from Mikrofarmen by e-mail. Mikrofarmen urges the Customer to save this order confirmation for any contacts with Mikrofarmen's customer service. If the order is cancelled, Mikrofarmen will refund any payments that the Customer or its payment or credit card company has made in relation to the order.

NOTE! If you have not received your order confirmation after placing your order, please check your junk mail/spam email!

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible without cost to the customer until the order has been processed in connection with our sending out the order confirmation. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. If we have processed your order, you as a customer are in all cases obliged to receive the shipment. It may take up to 30 minutes before the order confirmation has been sent to your specified email address on the confirmation. Check that the email has not ended up in your "spam" box or trash by mistake. If you nevertheless order again before you have received the order confirmation, this is considered a new order and we cannot guarantee that we can stop double orders due to high pressure on orders. Therefore, please contact us first by email before placing a new order so that we can check whether it has gone through or not.

We are currently unable to handle add-ons to orders.

Delivery method

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the Website.

The expected delivery time of the goods is stated in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the relevant product page on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as the Customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase. You choose the shipping method you want at checkout, if you want your package sent to a specific agent send your request together with the order number to our support.

If a package is to be collected, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. The Customer always receives a notification showing where and when the package is to be collected. Notification can be made via email, regular mail and, if the Customer has provided a mobile phone number, also via phone call or SMS. Keep in mind that the post office charges a fee for changing the recipient and/or address, so try to always provide the correct address when ordering. If you do not do this, you must pay this fee directly to us in order for us to be able to change it.

Unclaimed shipment & Damaged goods

If you do not pick up the package, Mikrofarmen has the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK for work done and shipping fees.

Please note that you must collect your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you should ask the post office to note this and make a complaint on the spot. If you first notice that the goods are damaged when you get home, you should contact us directly at info@mikrofarmen.se and take a picture of the damage with your mobile phone and attach it to the email to us.

Promotions & Offers

Mikrofarmen may from time to time offer promotions on the Website that may have more favorable terms than those set out in these Terms. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by Mikrofarmen in connection with the promotion. Mikrofarmen reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms apply without change. Offers on specific products on the Website are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Mikrofarmen within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

Goods with a broken seal. If goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Mikrofarmen and the customer wants the product sent back to them, the customer will be charged SEK 99 for this. If the customer does not hear from them about a new shipment within 30 days, the right to the product will be forfeited and discarded. Returns may not be made cash on delivery or cash on delivery. If the goods have not arrived at Mikrofarmen 14 days after notification of withdrawal, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.

Complaints & Returns

Defects in delivery must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. The taste may also be experienced differently than on conventional products, for example, or because there are different batches. We cannot handle complaints because you don't like the taste, but there must be an obvious defect in the product. We reserve the right to investigate the quality of the product with our supplier to determine whether there is a defect in the product or not.

All returns should be sent to the following address: Mikrofarmen AB, Landstormsvägen 5, 43993 Onsala, Sweden. Send an email so that we can track your shipment from the time it is sent. You should always first email us and complain about the item within 14 days. After that, you may return the item by letter or parcel at your own expense. Please note that we have up to 30 days to process complaints.
